Pay: $29.83 - $31.18 per hour based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA, must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What’s a typical day as an Executive Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
- Overseeing the logging, archiving, and distribution of regulatory documents, maintaining records retention, audit schedules, and organizational charts.
- Processing purchase requests, invoices, and chargebacks, while managing permit and certification fee submissions.
- Providing comprehensive support to PRO executives, including meeting coordination, event planning, and communications.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or higher is greatly preferred.
- Bring 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a regulatory, legal, or technical environment.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and document management systems.
