This role sits within our Aon Client Services division, which ensures our clients receive high quality service and information.

The Role • Provide day to day support to Senior Brokers for the servicing of a client portfolio (including overseas placements)
• Proactively drive insurance policy pre renewal, renewal and post renewal activities
• Assist clients with their insurance needs
• Demonstrate an understanding of key products and coverage in policy wordings and be able to explain these confidently to clients • Interact with Insurers and external partners
• Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers in revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio
• Manage key stakeholder relationships
About You
This role will suit someone who is passionate about insurance, thrives in a fast-paced environment has superior client service skills and is comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
Additionally, you will relate to the following:
- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)
- Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
- Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to achieve this qualification upon commencement
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
